Description
The Movement Electronic Music Festival takes place every Memorial Day weekend inside Hart Plaza – Detroit’s legendary riverfront destination.
More than 100 of electronic music’s most illustrious artists, local heavyweights and pioneering legends make their way to the birthplace of techno to perform on one of the five outdoor stages.
The festival features a posh VIP setting located behind the main stage; dozens of afterparties; an interactive technology center featuring electronic music instruments; and several art displays to stimulate the senses. Over 100,000 people from around the globe attended the 2014 festival.
