DVBBS

The brothers Andre Irish ancestry are from Orangeville, Ontario. Experienced a variety of genres, including punk and reggae, before being immersed in the electronic music scene. They are currently based in Los Angeles, California, and signed with Josh Herman STRVCTVRE Artist Management Company. Initially presented as a trio under the name DUBBS with producer Martin Sinotte aka Beat Chemist, while Chris and Alex van den Hoef, acting on drums and vocals, respectively.

In 2012, Sinotte leave the project and Andre brothers decided to adopt the name DVBBS. Now as a duo, they recorded their first two months material Initio, released in March 2012. The EP will have influences from a variety of genres such as house, dubstep and reggae. At the site of the Canadian Urban Music were awarded the Breakthrough Award. International recognition would come in 2013 with the release of the single "Tsunami" in collaboration with U.S. producer Borgeous. It was released on the label Doorn Records, reaching the top spot on the sales chart of the digital portal Beatport.También scored number one on the singles chart in the Low Countries and Bélgica9 and was considered by Billboard magazine as the most played track in Tomorrowland festival. After the success of "Tsunami" Borgeous DVBBS and caught the attention of the Belgian duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, since in November the same year, they released co-produced the single "Stampede" by Spinnin 'Records label. In March 2014, relaunched a vocal version of the single "Tsunami" under the title "Tsunami (Jump)" which includes the participation of Tinie Tempah, which allowed him to reach number one in the UK. They also shared the stage with the likes of Tiësto, Steve Aoki, MSTRKRFT, LMFAO, Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, Dragonette, Far East Movement and Adventure Club among others.
